Questions people ask
How do I order online?
Use the Order now button on any page, or go to www.orderbobanova.com. DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub carry us too.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Boba Nova is on DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. The links are on our Order page.
Is pickup available?
Yes. Use the Order now button to see current pickup options, or call us.
What are your hours?
We are open 11 AM to 10 PM daily. Hours may change during holidays. Please check our ordering page or call the store for current holiday hours.
Which drinks contain caffeine?
On the Menu page, a red crossed-out mug marks the drinks that are caffeine free. Drinks without that icon contain caffeine. Crêpes, toppings, cold foam and latte flavors aren't drinks on their own, so please ask our team about those.
Do your drinks contain dairy?
Our milk teas are made with dairy-free creamer. Lattes, chai lattes and matcha drinks contain dairy by default (look for the milk icon on the Menu), and may have non-dairy substitutions where available. None of this is an allergy assurance, so please ask our team about ingredients and toppings.
Can I customize my drink?
Many of our drinks can be customized with toppings, cold foam and latte flavors. Ask our team in the shop, or use the options on the ordering page.
How does the loyalty card work?
Ask for a loyalty card at the counter. Your first stamp is on us, and a full 10-stamp card earns a free drink and a pastry. It is a paper card kept in the shop. We cannot check a balance online.
Do you sell Chubby Bunny Cookies?
Yes, at our 286 S Weber Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 location. Boba Nova doesn't own the Chubby Bunny Cookies brand; we carry it in the shop.
Do you take catering or large orders?
Please message us on Instagram (@bobanova.co) or call us at (630) 410-8120 to ask about catering or large orders.
